How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

As someone who has been through there own fitness journey I'm not only here to help with the physical benefits but all the mental benefits. I'm here to help guide you through your fitness journey.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

I personally would recommend getting some short and long resistance bands. These are super in expensive and very portable. If you have the space to, grab some dumbbells of varying weights.

Do you do one off fitness plans?
